All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our performance footwear and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags must be included
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals with broken hygiene seals
  • Customized or special order items
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Print and include the return authorization form
  • Ship using a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect the returned item
  • Refund Issuance: Immediately after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Exchange Process

For size or product exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Specify the replacement item/size in your initial email
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
