How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Shipping & Delivery
Important: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 worldwide):
- Delivered via DHL or FedEx
- 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping:
- Available on orders over $50
- Delivered via EMS postal service
- 15-25 business days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your package leaves our warehouse. You can use this to follow your delivery in real-time. Free Shipping via EMS may have limited tracking capabilities depending on your location.
Why don’t you ship to some areas in Asia?
Due to logistical challenges and customs restrictions in certain remote areas, we’re unable to guarantee reliable delivery to all locations. We’re continually working to expand our shipping network.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every pair we sell. If your shoes don’t fit or meet your expectations:
- You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging
- Contact our customer care at [email protected] to begin the process
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or style, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Care instructions vary by material:
- Leather: Use appropriate leather cleaner and conditioner
- Mesh/Synthetic: Hand wash with mild soap and air dry
- All shoes: Remove insoles to dry separately when wet
Are your shoes waterproof?
Some of our hiking boots and trail shoes feature waterproof membranes (clearly marked in product descriptions). Most running and casual shoes are water-resistant but not fully waterproof.
